Mit Liv – min sundhed

Mit Liv – Min Sundhed is a health app for vulnerable citizens living with, or at risk of developing, chronic illnesses. Developed with Syddansk Sundhedsinnovation, it uses behavioural design to support lasting lifestyle changes through practical tools, exercises and guidance.

Concept development, UX prototyping, UI design

The home tab of the app includes an overview of todays' goals and planned activites.

The challenge

Traditional patient education relies on information: leaflets, lectures, long texts. But knowing you should eat better, move more or book that doctor’s appointment doesn’t make you do it. The real challenge was to design for behaviour: to motivate, remind and support people in the small moments where healthy choices actually happen.

Recurring activites and daily goals

Users can set up recurring reminders for important tasks.

A screen that lets users edit their goal foa their daily water intake.

Users can set personal goals that fit their everyday lives.

The solution

The solution was a digital tool built around behavioural design. Rather than simply telling users what to do, the app breaks healthy lifestyle changes into small, manageable steps.

At its core are guided programmes (forløb) that take users through different health-related topics. Combining practical exercises, personal goals and supportive guidance, they help users build new habits and turn good intentions into everyday actions – at their own pace.

The flow for courses, with a sales screen, a celebration screen and two screens that show detailed content for selected session

Guided programmes that break health-related topics into small, manageable steps, helping users build healthier habits over time.

Let’s say hej

in real life.
